Infiorate of Spello – Corpus Christi between flowers and art
In the town of Spello, the christian tradition of covering the streets with flowers on the day of Corpus Christi, takes place from decades with devotion, originality and high artistic level, to make the Infiorate of Spello a unique and internationally known event. The Infioratori of Spello working full months for the realization of these creations that will last just a few hours. Beautiful and ephemeral, the Infiorate, completed the early morning of Sunday, dissolves themselves after the passage of the religious procession.

For over seven centuries the 1 and 2 August, in Santa Maria degli Angeli, it is celebrated the Feast of Pardon, one of the highlights of the year for the entire community of Assisi. Visiting the Porziuncola in these two days, the pilgrims can receive the gift of the plenary indulgence, the forgiveness of all their sins.

Costa Trex – Meeting of Mountain Friends
In August, the classic event of the summer at Subasio Park is the Meeting of Mountain Friends in Costa di Trex, a few miles outside the center of Assisi.

Armenzano Emotions Under the Stars
From many years, the summer of Umbria has been enriched by an event different from the usual: Armenzano Emotions Under the Stars. Those days, the town surrounded by the Mount Subasio Park, already famous for its Living Nativity, comes alive with exhibitions, markets, children’s shows. The Stars are the true protagonists of the event.

St. Clare, the Patron Feast and Palio of Saint Rufino
